A stange glass is a tall and thin cylinder. These glasses glasses are a German design. Stanges are smaller in volume than a pint glass. Modern ones hold about 200 mL (6.8 fl oz) of beer, and historical ones about 100 mL (3.4 fl oz). This glass is designed to serve Germany's Cologne Kölsch and Weiss beer styles.
"Stange" means stick in German.
